It is possible for a computer that has been cleaned using SystemSaver to lose access to its domain controller.  This problem is due to SystemSaver changing the computer name during the cleaning process.  The easiest way to prevent this issue is to go to the Advanced options during the SystemSaver setup, and choose not to change the computer name.

If you have already run SystemSaver and are unable to connect to the domain controller, you'll need to follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

1) Log into the local machine using the account created by SystemSaver.

2) Right-click on My Computer and select Properties.

3) Go to the Computer Name tab and click the Change button.

4) Select the Workgroup radio button and enter WORKGROUP in the text box. Press OK.

5) You'll be prompted for the login credentials of an administrative user on the domain. You may
need to have your systems administrator do this step for you.

6) You should now be back to the Computer Name tab. Click the Change button.

7) Select the Domain radio button and enter the name of the domain. Click OK.

8) You'll be prompted for the login credentials of an administrative user on that domain. Once again, you may need to have your systems administrator do this step for you.

9) Now restart the computer.

You should now be able to successfully log into the computer using your domain account.
