If WipeDrive freezes at 'Please wait while drives are initialized', that means that the Offline Code was entered incorrectly, or was not entered at all. You'll need to reboot the software and enter in all the codes again, ensuring that they are typed correctly. Keep in mind, your Client Code and Offline Code change each time you run the software.

If you are still having problems, you may want to try running the software in Text Mode, as it won't freeze on that message if you enter it incorrectly and instead it will give you another chance to enter the code.

If you are unable to fix this issue, it is recommended that you use a wired Ethernet connection to bypass offline activation.
