When using WipeDrive, you may be unable to eject the CD using the CD-eject button on your computer.  This is normal, and prevents ejecting the CD while a wipe is in progress, which could lead to a locked hard drive.

If the hard drive has been wiped successfully, or you haven't yet started the wipe process, and you would like to eject the CD, power down the machine completely.  Wait around 10 seconds, then power the machine back on.  As soon as there is power back in the machine, hit the CD-eject button and the disk should eject.  If it does not, try again, making sure you are trying to eject the CD before anything else has the chance to boot up.
